Position Overview

As a Production Mill Workman at Robbins Manufacturing, you will play a crucial role in our production process. Your responsibilities will involve various tasks related to marine piling and pressure treated wood processing, inventory management, and quality control. Departments

As a Production Mill Workman, you may work in different departments within our facility. Here are the key departments:

  1. Yard: Responsible for sorting, banding, and staging product for shipment.
  2. Kiln: Manages the drying process.
  3. Boiler: Maintain the operation of the boiler.
  4. Pole and Post: Specializes in production of poles and post through the debarking and peeling processes.
  5. Treating: Application of the pressure treating process in line with all compliance standards.
  6. Re-class: Modify existing inventory based on special order and sales needs.
  7. Spray: Prepare poles and apply coating.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities and Physical Requirements

  • Lift/Push/Pull up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
