About the Role:
Montesol Medical Centers LLC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Primary Care Physician specializing in Family Medicine to join our growing team in West Palm Beach, FL. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in your community by delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across all ages and stages of life.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary and preventive care to patients of all ages in an outpatient clinical setting
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions including diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular disease
- Conduct routine physical exams, wellness visits, and annual health screenings
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans and treatment protocols
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging studies
- Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and lifestyle modifications
Requirements:
- Must be a licensed APRN eligible to practice in the State of Florida. Must have an active and unrestricted Florida APRN license.Â
- Professional Liability Insurance must be current and active.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain one
- DEA registration and current CPR/BLS certification
- Experience in a primary care or family medicine outpatient setting preferred
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first mindset
- Â Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively with patients and staff in both languages.
- Work Schedule: The position requires availability to work exclusively on Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
