As Sales Associate, you will embrace and promote theĀ FrontgateĀ brand deliveringĀ an outstandingĀ guest experience and performing operational responsibilities to increase sales and deliver an inspiring shopping experience in which our guest feels inspired and empowered to customize their space.Ā

This role isĀ onsiteĀ and will require you to work from ourĀ West Chester, OH, location daily. RelocationĀ assistanceĀ is not available for this role.Ā Ā
WhatĀ YouāllĀ DoĀ
Achieve sales following daily, weekly,Ā monthlyĀ and quarterly goals for the storeĀ
HelpĀ maintainĀ a clean, organized, and easy-to-shop sales floorĀ
Deliver excellent guest service by promoting an environment that is helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient for guests and team membersĀ
Provide guests withĀ accurateĀ and efficient service to educate them on the products and services available throughĀ Frontgate.Ā
WhatĀ YouāllĀ BringĀ
2+ years of specialty retail sales experienceĀ
ProficiencyĀ using Microsoft Word, Excel (canĀ maintainĀ complex spreadsheets), Outlook, Kronos, and POS systems andĀ previousĀ cash handlingĀ requiredĀ
Ability to lift and mobilize medium toĀ large items, up to 50lbsĀ
