Embrace the chance to grow professionally and personally in a vibrant, supportive environment!  What you’ll do: Help teams adopt new processes and improve day-to-day use of Microsoft 365 tools. Build or enhance workflows using tools like Power Automate and Microsoft Forms. Work directly with departments to review and restructure digital file systems in Microsoft tools like OneDrive. Audit existing documents and identify opportunities for simplification, consolidation, or clean-up. Create templates, guides, and documentation for department-level use. Collaborate with IT and end users to support process improvements and ensure a smooth transition. Competencies you’ll use: Time Management: Prioritize, plan, and follow through on tasks while supporting multiple departments. Communication: Clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical users in a helpful and approachable way.   Technology: Use Microsoft 365 tools to support digital organization, automation, and troubleshooting. Leadership and Initiative: Evidence of stepping up to improve a system, organizing digital materials, leading a project, or helping a team adopt a new tool or process.
