Position Responsibilities:  Â
- Provide the proper training in Electricity and Controls for the purpose of minimizing automation downtimeÂ
- Develop routines, SOPs, and administer control software to properly maintain the controls assets and maintain and troubleshoot automation equipment from various suppliersÂ
- Identify and prioritize controls and electrical opportunities to maximize operations performance within a manufacturing and distribution facilityÂ
- Assist the Automation Manager and Supervisor(s) with processes on tracking efficiencies derived from automated equipmentÂ
- Support the supervision of the electrical installation and integration of equipment and controls as well as the installation Â
- Other projects or duties as assignedÂ
Required Education and Experience: Â
- Bachelor’s degree with 3 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma, General Education Degree or Technical School certificate and 6 plus years of specific experience Â
Preferred Education and Experience: Â
- Electrical certification, Vocational certification or Bachelor’s Degree
