About the Role

As our Brand Development Rep, you’ll be the driving force behind the successful on-premise execution of the prestigious Fifth Generation portfolio (including iconic brands like Tito’s). • Implement and maintain Fifth Generation brand standards and objectives at key accounts, including securing drink menus, lists, and prominent placements.
  • Spend 4 days per week actively working the trade, managing key strategic accounts across channels.
  • Execute, analyze, and track programs, sales incentives, marketing budgets, and POS materials.
  • Leverage your brand expertise for weekly off-premise sampling and on-premise staff training/education.
  • Manage promotions, merchandise accounts, and serve as a strong liaison between corporate, on-premise divisions, and the sales force.
  • Utilize tools like the Fifth Generation Briefcase, participate in trade surveys, and maintain accurate depletion data, budgets, and monthly analyses.
  • Introduce new products to the team, achieve monthly goals/quotas, and build lasting relationships with key accounts.

What You Bring

  • Preferred: Four-year undergraduate degree.
  • Required Experience: 2+ years in sales, 2+ years in retail, and/or 2+ years in restaurant/bar environments.

  • Ability to analyze data, manage budgets, and execute creatively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort using sales tools/platforms.
  • Physical ability to work in the trade (lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally, extended time on your feet).
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings/weekends and occasional duties beyond a standard day.
