Southington Care Center features a state-of-the–art rehab pavilion complete with Aqua Therapy and an Occupational Therapy suite that replicates the home setting. Our staff promotes quality of life while fostering maximum well-being, with a wide range of wellness programs.

Obtains menu selections, preferences and allergies/intolerances from patients of all age groups. Ensures menus are accurate according to prescribed dietary order utilizing appropriate information systems and by communicating with dietitians, food service associates, cooks, nursing staff and management regarding patient/resident care.

• Very strong communication skills to listen to needs and communicate information precisely across departments 
• Must be able to read, write and speak English 
• Basic computer skills (email, internet) 
• Able to meet deadlines and work well in a fast-paced work environment 
• Patient, customer-service oriented approach to older adults
