Job Details: Job Location: Sunset Tower Mgt LLC - West Hollywood, CA, Salary Range: $26.00 - $26.00Hourly, Position PurposeThe Night Butler is responsible for various aspects of the food & beverage including culinary requests. The Night Butler works a normal 3rd shift (Overnight hours) performing a variety of different duties. Position is On-Call.  Duties and Responsibilities  Takes after hours room service orders accurately take guest orders by means of phone, ensure that guest name, room number, time of guest order and delivery timings are clearly registered. Responsible for cooking the room service orders and delivering the food to the guest room. Input guest orders in and issue guest check for each order. . Monitor guest orders and ensure that all guest orders are delivered within the quoted time. The guest order tickets should have both what time the order was taken and the delivery time. Responsible for issued banks, payments, change and accuracy of closed checks. Conduct shift end reports and forward them to the accounting department. Assists with the breakfast buffet set-up and the set-up of the Terrace Bar. Assists with cleaning the back of the house. Washes dirty dishes to maintain a clean dish pit.  Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes  Must have working knowledge of food and beverage, and kitchens. Able to learn overnight menu and prepare food in accordance to hotel specifications. Must have knowledge of table set-up and presentation. Ability to communicate effectively with guests at all times. Working knowledge of ALOHA POS system Able to work with minimal supervision. Excellent customer skills.  Qualifications: Qualifications Education:     High School Diploma or GED required. Experience:   Minimum 2 years as Prep Cook or Line Cook experience Certifications: Food Handling Certified preferred.
