What You’ll Be Doing Provide hands-on personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding Provide companionship and support independence Assist with mobility and transfers Prepare meals and provide light housekeeping Accompany individuals to appointments and activities Provide medication reminders Communicate with families and the CARE Homecare team Document care and important changes Why CARE Homecare?
