At Right at Home of Salt Lake, we are dedicated to helping seniors and adults with disabilities remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Our caregivers play a vital role in providing compassionate support and meaningful care that makes a difference every day.
We are currently seeking a Caregiver to work Friday through Sunday shifts. If you are dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing quality care, we encourage you to apply and join our team in supporting the individuals and families we serve.
Responsibilities
Benefits
Competitive pay: $17.00–$18.25/hour (depending on experience, Dementia Certification, or CNA), minimum $27.50 per shift
Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $17.00/hour
Raises after 60 days and annual reviews
Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week and required documents completed)
Mileage reimbursement between client visits (if under one hour apart)
CNA School Program – ask for details!
PPE provided
401(k) with matching – ask for details
Ongoing training opportunities
24/7 on‑call support for emergencies or schedule changes
Holiday pay (time and a half)
PTO program (for full‑time employees)

Qualifications
Must be 18 or older
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Eligible to work in the U.S.
Able to pass a background check
Experience with dementia and behavioral care
Experience with hoyer lifts and gait belts (preferred)
