Drive scalable V&V strategies for large rail projects, ensuring robust system performance.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in verification, validation, or quality management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Expertise in V&V processes, safety-critical systems, and rail industry standards.
Strong understanding of system engineering, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Proven leadership, communication, and team development skills, with a focus on mentoring and driving results.
