NJ PBI – West Palm Beach, FL APA – Denver, CO MDW - Chicago, IL Nationwide Floater Opportunity We are seeking experienced and driven AOG Technicians to join our Mobile Service Unit (MSU) team. In this high-impact role, you will respond to aircraft-on-ground (AOG) events, delivering rapid, on-site maintenance services to external customers across a variety of business and corporate aviation platforms. This is a 7-on / 7-off rotational position, offering a competitive hourly wage and the opportunity to make a direct impact on operational uptime.   You’ll provide service across aircraft types including Gulfstream, Bombardier, Cessna, King Air, Embraer, and more.   Essential functions  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.  Rapidly deploy to AOG events and perform high-quality maintenance in the field   Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies efficiently and in compliance with FAA and OEM requirements   Communicate directly with external customers to manage expectations, scope of work, and completion timelines   Accurately document all maintenance performed using internal systems   Maintain readiness of assigned AOG vehicle, tools, and inventory   Uphold a high standard of professionalism and customer service on-site   Ensure all actions are performed with safety and regulatory compliance at the forefront.   Required Skills and Abilities:    Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills   Clear, professional communication with external clients   Proficiency with maintenance tracking software (CAMP, Corridor, Airtable, etc.)   Ability to work independently and represent the company on-site   Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-service focused   Work Environment:  Extended hours or weekend work may be required based on AOG demand and customer volume    The role requires rapid response to aircraft AOG situations, sometimes in high-pressure or adverse conditions. This includes verification of previous employment, education, criminal history, and any other relevant information necessary to determine the suitability for the position.   Must pass a pre-employment drug test. Ongoing employment requires participating and complying with the Anti-Drug and Alcohol Misuse Prevention Program which includes random testing.
