- Minimum Starting Compensation (Degreed Base + Min Referendum): $51,791.00
- Maximum Potential Compensation (Certified Base + Max Possible Referendum + ESOL + Reading + Master's): $67,000.00

BridgePrep Academy is hiring an energetic Spanish Teacher (Grades K & 4–7) to deliver high-quality foreign language instruction and foster Spanish language proficiency in our technology-enriched charter environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Targeted Language Instruction: Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate Spanish lessons to Kindergarten and 4th–7th grade scholars.
Culture & Fluency: Build foundational vocabulary in early learners while advancing reading, writing, and conversational fluency in upper grades.
Classroom & Collaboration: Maintain strong classroom management, track student progress, and participate in schoolwide professional development.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Certification: Valid Florida Teaching Certificate OR Statement of Eligibility (SOE) in Spanish (K–12) required.
Compliance: Cleared Level 2 background screening.
