Job Details: Level: Entry, Job Location: Bidwell ICS - West St. Paul, MN, Salary Range: $18.00 - $21.00Hourly, YOU WOULD BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU:       Engage naturally in rapport building and active listening    Maintain composure in escalated situations     Collaborate with clients to determine practical steps to solve problems    Have a passion in working with clients to build independence    SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION:    Part Time or Full Time  Saturday and Sunday, 7:00am - 3:30pm Monday and Tuesday, 4:00pm - 10:00pm  Starting at $18-$21 $18: At least 6 months of full-time OR 1 year of part-time work experience  $19: At least 2 years of full-time work experience with at least 6 months of relevant work experience  $20: At least 3 years of full-time work experience with at least 1 year of relevant work experience  $21: At least 4 years of full-time work experience with at least 2 years of relevant work experience   REQUIERED QUALIFICATIONS:        Must pass a Department of Human Services background check   High School Diploma/GED or equivalent  Understanding of basic computer functionality  MORE ON THE ROLE:    Join our ICS team in West St Paul as a DSP! You will be serving clients with a variety of mental health needs.
