You must be able to multi-task and ensure that each guest has an overall excellent experience. Responsibilities: Welcome and greet guests with a positive attitude Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating in computer system Answer phone calls and assist with guest questions Coordinate with servers and management to maintain smooth guest flow Keep the entrance and host area clean and organized Provide excellent customer service from arrival to departure Assist waitstaff as needed Other duties as assigned Qualifications Must be 18 years or older Friendly and professional communication skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Availability to work various shifts as needed including weekends and holidays Ability to stand and use stairs for the duration of shift Previous restaurant or customer-service experience is a plus, but not required
