Job Title: CNC Machinists – Horizontal Boring Mill, Vertical Mill, and Lathe
Shift: Day and Night Shift

Overview:
 Advance is seeking experienced CNC Machinists to join our night shift team. We have immediate openings for Horizontal Boring Mill Machinists, Vertical Mill Machinists, and Lathe Machinists. These positions involve machining complex, high‑precision components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment using Fanuc-controlled equipment.

Key Responsibilities (All Roles):
 • Machine complex, high‑precision components to meet strict quality and tolerance requirements
 • Operate CNC equipment (Horizontal Boring Mill, Vertical Mill, or Lathe depending on assignment)
 • Work independently to set up, run, and verify machining operations
 • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T specifications
 • Perform dimensional inspections to verify accuracy of machined parts
 • Apply strong knowledge of machining techniques, tooling, speeds/feeds, and process optimization

Qualifications and Requirements (All Roles):
 • Minimum of 5 years of machining experience
 • Proven experience producing complex, high‑precision components
 • Proficiency with Fanuc CNC controls
 • Ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings and GD&T
 • Strong understanding of precision machining methods and dimensional inspection
 • Demonstrated ability to maintain tight tolerances
 • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
