At IMMI, the Set-Up will move, organize, deliver product parts and materials for a variety of products according to specifications to maintain continuous productivity.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Facilitate the movement of raw goods from storage when needed for the manufacturing lines through replenishments or manual requests.
Handle raw materials appropriately from start to finish and deliver them to the appropriate stations in a timely manner.
Maintain clean and orderly conditions in warehouse and loading areas using the appropriate methods.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and audits.
Verify information on each order and apply paperwork accordingly.

Required:

Effective communication skills
Ability to operate computers and run computer programs and systems
Must comply with legal and corporate responsibilities

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Ability to visually inspect and interpret designs on screen and in print.
Use of functional Core Tools

Working Conditions/Environment:

This work is deadline-oriented, requires multitasking, fluctuating work schedule, and flexibility within the workday.
Requires the ability for close vision, distance vision and depth perception.
Requires working and interacting with others, both in person and through phone, electronic, and written correspondence, and the ability to listen effectively, communicate clearly, maintain attention to detail, and perform focused work.
The following motions can be required during the day: Standing or sitting for extended periods of time, stepping up & down, balancing, bending (hip & knees), reaching, standing, walking, pulling, pushing, lifting (from floor to waist, waist to chest, chest to head), observing, hearing, grasping, pressing, and other repetitive actions.
Requires continuous motion throughout the day, utilization of tools, equipment, and industrial vehicles, the ability to lift 50lbs, and perform physically demanding tasks as deemed necessary.
May work with and/or around potentially dangerous equipment.
When in the warehouse, this position requires working with dirt/dust and noise. The use of a variety of proper PPE is required to provide a safe working environment.
This position requires working with various temperature conditions.
