LPN Part-Time Evenings; 6:30p-11:00p

Devon Oaks Assisted Living, an Eliza Jennings Community in Westlake and a nationally recognized leader in person-centered care, is seeking part-time or PRN LPNs at its Assisted Living Community, located in Westlake.

Part-time Evening Shift Hours: 

6:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. 

Hiring PRN for all shifts.

Our LPNs are responsible for coordinating the activities of nursing assistants to ensure resident's needs are met, complete initial and ongoing nursing assessments needed to plan care interventions, administer direct resident care including medication and communicate with the resident's family about changes in conditions.

Requirements for the position include, but are not limited to:

• Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Ohio.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Written and oral communication skills; demonstrated listening skills.
• Ability to manage multiple, complex priorities with demanding time frames; strong organizational skills.
• Ability to provide direction and instruction to resident assistants/STNAs.
