Position Overview

As a Service Sprinkler Superintendent, you’ll lead field operations across service, repair, and install projects. This role is critical to ensure jobs are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard every time.

 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily field operations for the Sprinkler Team
  • Manage job schedules, manpower, materials, and coordination
  • Ensure all work meets NFPA codes and local regulations
  • Lead, mentor, and develop field crews
  • Maintain strong communication with project managers and clients
  • Enforce job-satisfaction safety standards and company protocols
  • Troubleshoot field challenges and implement solutions quickly
  • Conduct quality control checks and ensure proper documentation


Qualifications

  • 5+ years in fire sprinkler systems, with leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of NFPA standards and fire codes
  • Proven ability to manage multiple crews and job sites
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record
  • NICET certification (preferred)
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and accountability
