We’re looking for a Culinary Chef / Community Cook to join our Culinary Services team and help prepare quality meals our residents can look forward to.What You’ll DoAs a Culinary Chef / Community Cook, you’ll help prepare and serve meals while ensuring our residents’ individual nutritional and dietary needs are met. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing and cooking meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, and other menu items Following standardized recipes, menus, portion sizes, and special dietary requirements Baking breads, rolls, pastries, and other items Portioning and serving meals to residents Following proper food handling, sanitation, and food safety practices Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, cookware, utensils, and work areas Maintaining food and storage records in accordance with company guidelines Monitoring and inventorying kitchen supplies and equipment Helping ensure kitchen equipment and work areas remain clean, organized, and functional Working alongside your team to create an enjoyable dining experience for our residentsQualifications: What We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for someone who enjoys cooking, takes pride in their work, and understands the importance of providing great service.
