The Role
You'll split your time between two jobs:

- Inside the clinic: Meet patients who come in to try a service. Answer their questions, explain their options, and help them commit to a treatment plan.
- Outside the clinic: Build referral relationships with gyms, fitness studios, chiropractors, wellness centers, and other clinics. Host demos and events. Bring new patients through our doors.
What You'll Do
- Consult with patients after trial visits and convert them into treatment plans and packages
- Explain therapies in plain language and match them to each patient's goals
- Work with our providers to understand each patient's care plan
- Follow up with patients who haven't committed yet
- Visit local gyms, clinics, and businesses to build partnerships
- Represent Harper MD at community events, health fairs, and workshops
- Track leads, visits, and sales in our CRM
- Hit monthly sales and outreach targets
- Follow HIPAA and all healthcare privacy rules
What You Bring
- 3+ years of sales experience (medical, aesthetics, and wellness preferred)
- A proven record of closing, in person
- Comfort walking into a business cold and starting a conversation
- A warm, patient-first approach. You educate, you don't pressure
- Ability to learn and explain health concepts clearly
- Organized, self-driven, and competitive
- Reliable car, valid license, and insurance (for local outreach)
- Interest in health, wellness, and longevity
What We Offer
- First-year earnings of 75,000–150,000+ (base + commission + bonus)

Schedule: Full-time, about [60% in clinic / 40% field]. Some evenings and weekends for events.
