Key Responsibilities

- Stay within the designated floor area to ensure consistent customer coverage and support.

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner.

- Answer product questions and help customers locate merchandise efficiently.

- Return merchandise from fitting rooms and stock areas to the sales floor to maintain an organized presentation.

- Retrieve merchandise from the stockroom upon customer or team request to ensure availability.

- Maintain merchandise displays according to visual standards and company guidelines.

- Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads.
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- 17+ in order to work necessary shifts.  

- Willingness to operate a register as needed. 

- Reliable transportation to work.
