Wyndemere Senior Living  is recruiting for a hospitality focused Server to join our culinary team! 
 
As a Server, you will be joining our front of house staff to provide exceptional care and customer service to our awesome senior living residents in the Independent and Assisted Living areas of campus. In this role you can expect to greet our residents, accurately take drink and food orders, utilize POS software, deliver meals to residents, bus tables, and complete side work. 
 
Shift: Full-time or part-time 11AM-7:30PM; 4:00pm-8:00pm, weekend availability required
 
Compensation: $16-17.25 per hour based on experience
 
Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Dining Room Server:
  • Always exemplify Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
  • Responsible for adhering to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards always. 
  • Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards always. 
  • Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order. Take order, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously. Answer pertinent questions about menu items. 
  • Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere. 
 
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
  • Minimum completion of sophomore year in high school required 
  • Ability to stand and walk for 90% of your shift
  • Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
  • Experience in food service work preferred 
  • Experience in working with seniors preferred
