Woodside Bible Church is seeking a spiritually mature, relational, and passionate Family Ministry Director to lead Kids and Student Ministry at our White Lake Campus. This role provides leadership and oversight for ministry from birth through 12th grade, developing strong volunteer teams, equipping parents, and creating Christ-centered environments where the next generation can grow in their faith.

Working closely with campus leadership and Central Ministry teams, the Family Ministry Director helps build a unified approach to family discipleship that supports Woodside's mission of helping people Belong to Christ, Grow in Christ, and Reach the World for Christ.

This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position. Membership and active participation at Woodside Bible Church's White Lake Campus are required.

What You'll Do

  • Provide leadership and oversight for Kids and Student Ministry, including weekend and midweek programming.

  • Recruit, train, disciple, and develop healthy volunteer teams.

  • Partner with parents to equip and encourage them as the primary spiritual influencers in their children's lives.

  • Plan and oversee ministry events, retreats, camps, and family milestones.

  • Collaborate with Central Kids and Student Ministry teams to ensure alignment with Woodside's ministry vision and curriculum.

  • Oversee ministry budgets, scheduling, communication, and Child Protection Program (CPP) compliance.

  • Develop and implement strategies that strengthen family discipleship and foster spiritual growth.

What We're Looking For

  • A spiritually mature follower of Jesus with a passion for reaching and discipling the next generation.

  • Strong leadership, biblical teaching, and communication skills.

  • Experience recruiting, developing, and shepherding staff and volunteer teams.

  • 3–5 years of children's, student, or family ministry leadership experience preferred.

  • Strong organizational and relational skills with the ability to engage children, students, parents, and volunteers.

  • Bachelor's degree required; ministry or Christian education preferred.

  • Alignment with Woodside's mission, values, Statement of Faith, and ministry philosophy.

If you're passionate about investing in the next generation, equipping families, and developing leaders who make a lasting spiritual impact, we'd love to hear from you!
