Woodside Bible Church is seeking a passionate, relational, and spiritually mature Students & Outreach Ministry Director to lead Student Ministry and champion outreach efforts at our White Lake Campus. This role focuses on discipling the next generation, developing volunteer leaders, and mobilizing the congregation to reach and serve the surrounding community.

Working closely with the Campus Pastor, campus staff, and Central Ministry teams, this leader will create engaging ministry environments, build meaningful community partnerships, and encourage students and families to grow in Christ and live on mission.

This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position. Membership and active participation at Woodside Bible Church's White Lake Campus are required.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and oversee weekly Student Ministry gatherings, teaching, discipleship, and programming.

  • Recruit, train, encourage, and develop volunteer leaders who invest in students.

  • Build strong relationships with students and parents, equipping them for spiritual growth.

  • Plan and coordinate student events, retreats, mission trips, and outreach opportunities.

  • Develop and lead campus outreach initiatives that engage and serve the White Lake community.

  • Build partnerships with local organizations and mobilize volunteers for service and evangelism.

  • Collaborate with Central Students, Outreach, and Missions teams to support church-wide initiatives.

  • Support campus ministry goals through strategic planning, budgeting, and pastoral care.

What We're Looking For

  • A spiritually mature follower of Jesus with a passion for student discipleship, outreach, and evangelism.

  • Previous experience leading Student Ministry or a comparable Next Generation ministry.

  • Strong leadership, biblical teaching, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, equip, and shepherd volunteer teams.

  • A relational, collaborative leader who enjoys connecting with students, families, and community partners.

  • Bachelor's degree required; Christian education or seminary training preferred.

  • Full alignment with Woodside's mission, vision, values, and Statement of Faith.

If you're passionate about investing in students, developing leaders, and helping people experience the love of Christ through meaningful community engagement, we'd love to hear from you!
