Job Details: Job Location: Corporate - Whitehall, OH, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: 4 Year Degree, Salary Range: $60000.00 - $90000.00Base+Commission/year, Rite Rug has been a lead flooring distributor for over 90 years!  We are looking for an Account Manager to join our growing team!  Job Description  Serve as primary point of contact for assigned accounts. Drive all flooring category sales for Property Management apartment unit turns and capital projects. Coordinate major account growth opportunities by collaborating with sales leadership and support team members. Collaborate with sales leadership to develop strategic account plans for sustained long-term growth. Manage and own requests for information, requests for proposals, and other account requests by ensuring deadlines are met and issues are resolved. Promote and sell all RiteRug flooring products and services. Perform other duties as needed.Qualifications: Qualifications  Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. 5+ years’ relevant experience in B2B sales OR equivalent combination of education and experience related to strategic account sales and relationship management. Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data. Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products. Flexible attitude, adaptable to change, team player, and able to handle multiple projects at once. High degree of professionalism, judgment, maturity, and resourcefulness in the absence of formalized guidelines and procedures.
