Job DetailsJob Location: Corporate - Whitehall, OH 43213Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $40,000.00 Salary/year Rite Rug has been one of the top flooring companies for over 90 years!  We are looking for a detail oriented Claims Coordinator to join our growing team!  $40,000 a year   POSITION SUMMARY: To ensure all supplier and manufacturer claims are filed and proper credits are received and applied.   ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: File all claims with supplier or manufacturer according to their specific requirements Communicate with all parties to ensure proper paperwork is obtained and filed in a timely manner. Obtain samples as needed Coordinate returns Make sure proper credits are received and applied Maintain a good relationship with vendors and staff Perform other duties as assigned   QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Have earned a minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent.  Experience in the Flooring/Construction industry is preferred. Possess and have demonstrated proficient computer experience in Microsoft Office. Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required.  Be able to work independently and problem solve.   Qualifications
