Job DetailsJob Location: Whitehall, OH 43213Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $44,886.00 - $56,200.00 SalaryTravel Percentage: 60 - 70%The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Scholar House Case Manager to join our Shared Services/My Place department. The Scholar House Case Manager engages and works with young adults with or without children, residing at Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA), Scholar House, pursuing Post Secondary education, providing case management activities. Case Management must be aligned with The Buckeye Ranch values, including family-centered, strengths based, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive. This position must demonstrate proficiency in education resources. This position must have a thorough understanding of local communities, be skilled at developing working relationships with community agencies, and able to identify potential community support to assist young adults with self-sufficiency goals. The case manager ensures young adults have a voice and choice in coordinated care and services to achieve self-sufficiency goals. This position will interact with various cultures, socioeconomic, ethnic, religious, and racial backgrounds. This position requires schedule flexibility to ensure residents receive services in accordance with contractual obligations.
