Utilize Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. Conduct audits and support quality assurance and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote resident health, safety, and well-being. Manage nursing department staffing and daily operations.
