Full Time - Maintenance - Groundskeeper - Maple Gardens

Job Details: Job Location: Maple Gardens - Wichita, KS, Salary Range: $18.00 - $21.00, Come join the Omega Management Group Team for this exciting opportunity. We are looking to add a Groundskeeper with our team. To maintain all outdoor areas in a safe, clean, and attractive condition and perform minor repairs throughout the property.  While the following information should be considered a comprehensive description of this position, it should also be noted that some responsibilities and duties might not be specifically addressed.  Knowledge, Abilities and Other Qualities  Applies common sense understanding to carry out simple one to four step instructions Deal with standardized situations with occasional or no deviations from standard procedures required An associate in this position must be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of the following tools: Hand Tools: various wrenches, grips, sledgehammer, hammer, snips, post hole diggers, saws, rakes, etc. User-Moved aids: wheelbarrows, dollies, buckets, hoists, jacks, step ladders, full ladders, double ladders Must have a telephone where you can be reached.Omega Management Group provides a competitive salary and comprehensive Total Rewards package including health, vision, dental, 401K and more.   Omega Management Group emphasizes a team approach and fully expects every person to perform any reasonable task or request that is consistent with fulfilling company objectives.
