As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality resident care under the direction of attending physicians and our Medical Director. Responsibilities: 路 Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring. 路 Observe, assess, and report changes in resident condition to physicians and the nursing team. 路 Assist in the development and modification of resident care plans. 路 Document resident care accurately and thoroughly in electronic health records. 路 Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other departments to ensure comprehensive resident care. 路 Participate in facility surveys and quality improvement initiatives. 路 Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for residents. Qualifications: 路 Current, unencumbered LPN license. 路 Ability to make independent decisions and exercise sound judgment. 路 Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact tactfully with residents, families, and staff. 路 Knowledge of nursing and medical practices, procedures, and long-term care regulations. 路 Ability to work effectively in a team environment and supervise other personnel as needed. 路 Patience, compassion, and a positive attitude. 路 Ability to lift, push, pull, and transport residents with assistance as needed. Working Conditions: 路 Fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions. 路 Exposure to infectious waste, diseases, and hazardous chemicals (PPE provided). 路 May require working beyond normal hours, including weekends and holidays.
