Your responsibilities will include serving customers and assisting with basic store management tasks. The Lake Life Store team brings the Lake Life Experience directly to our customers through our curated goods, and top-notch customer service. Responsibilities
- Greet customers and determine their needs
- Ring up customer sales, handle returns and other customer issues
- Accurately handle cash and sales receipts so that the daily business can be reconciled each day at the close of business
- Assist with pricing tagging, organizing, and restocking merchandising
- Opening and closing the store using required procedures
You’d be great for this role if:
- You have previous experience working in a retail environment
- You are friendly and energetic
- You are available to work on weekends, evenings, and summer holidays
- You have proven customer service skills and strong interpersonal skills
- You are computer literate and able to operate a POS system
- You love living the Lake Life!
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for lengthy periods
- Lift up to 40 lbs. Unassisted
- Bending, rotating, and reaching in a retail environment
- Ability to go up and down stairs multiple times a shift
- Ability to work more than one store location (Fontana, Williams Bay, Lake Geneva)
Requirements
High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
