Burlington Emergency & Veterinary Specialists (BEVS) is seeking a skilled and compassionate Hybrid ER/ICU Veterinary Technician to join our Emergency & Critical Care (ECC) team on our busy overnight shift (three 12-hour overnight shifts is required).

- Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to patients and their families
- Perform triage and initiate critical interventions for emergent patients
- Conduct basic examinations to assess patient stability
- Execute advanced nursing procedures, including CPR, phlebotomy, cystocentesis, laboratory testing, and CRI calculations and administration
- Administer and monitor sedation for minor procedures and advanced anesthesia for emergency surgeries
- Provide ongoing care for hospitalized ICU and isolation patients
- Facilitate patient admissions and discharges from the ICU
- Prepare treatment estimates and discuss financial commitments with clients
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in accordance with hospital protocols
- Ensure exam rooms and treatment areas are properly prepared and maintained

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Veterinary Technician Certification (CVT) or License (LVT) preferred but not required
- Minimum two years of prior veterinary hospital experience required, prior emergency experience preferred
