Occupational Therapist

As an Occupational Therapist, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality rehabilitation services to our patients in Willmar! Your responsibilities will include conducting evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, monitoring progress, and maintaining accurate documentation. Strong communication skills are essential as you collaborate closely with physicians, caregivers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality, coordinated care.

This position will cover mostly pediatric patients and some adults as required. 

SCHEDULE:

• Full time | 80 hours every 2 weeks
• Flexible schedule | Monday - Thursday: 9:00am-5:30pm, Friday 7:30am-4:00pm  

PAY & BENEFITS:

• Starting pay begins at $76,939.20 per year and increases with experience
  • Salary range:  $68,952.00-$103,438.40 per year
• $5,000 Hiring Bonus + $5,000 Relocation Bonus for eligible candidates

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Licensed by the MN Board of Occupational Therapy

Previous CentraCare employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire. Full-time or Part-time status may impact bonus amount.
