Job Title: Program Management Specialist

Job Type: Full-Time

Summary:

The Program Management Specialist is a hands-on role that supports the planning, coordination, and execution of manufacturing programs within an aerospace production environment. This role ensures program activities align with customer requirements, internal quality standards, and production schedules. It serves as a central liaison between engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and external customers.


Key Responsibilities:

- Hands-op Coordination of day-to-day program activities to ensure on-time delivery, cost targets, and quality standards.

- Support development and maintenance of program schedules, manufacturing plans, and production milestones.

- Monitor production progress and identify risks, delays, or resource gaps, escalating issues as needed.

- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality.

- Track program performance using KPIs such as cost, schedule adherence, production throughput, and part acceptance rates.

- Assist in customer communication, providing updates, resolving issues, and supporting contract deliverables.

- Support change management activities including engineering change notices, process updates, and documentation control.

- Help coordinate procurement and material readiness to ensure manufacturing continuity.

- Prepare reports, dashboards, and program summaries for leadership review.

- Ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to program execution, manufacturing efficiency, and workflow optimization.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, supply chain, or related field; equivalent experience considered.

- Experience in aerospace manufacturing, production planning, or program coordination preferred.

- Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, quality standards, and aerospace documentation practices.

- Proficiency with scheduling tools, ERP/MRP systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
