Infiniti of Wilmington is growing and looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team!

If you're great with customers, organized, motivated, and know how to keep a busy service lane moving, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

• Write and manage repair orders from start to finish

• Communicate repair needs, pricing, and vehicle status with customers

• Work closely with technicians, Parts, and Service Management

• Sell recommended maintenance and repairs

• Follow up with customers and declined services

• Maintain accurate repair order documentation

• Deliver a professional, high-level customer experience

What We're Looking For

• Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred

• Franchise/OEM experience is a plus

• Strong sales and customer service skills

• Excellent communication and follow-through

• Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

• Must pass background check and drug screening
