Porters Neck Village – Resident Care Clinic (RCC)
$27-$30.50/hour (based on shift) | 12-hour shift, nights & weekends | 
 
Porters Neck Village is seeking an exceptional, hospitality-focused Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a clinic setting within our independent living community - where residents enjoy a country club lifestyle and you enjoy an outstanding work environment.

What You'll Do:
 
You'll provide compassionate, high-quality care that helps clients live comfortably and with dignity:
  • Monitor the nurse call system and respond promptly
  • Provide clinical care including first aid, CPR, medication administration, vital signs, and more
  • Assist with direct resident care as needed
  • Document all clinic visits and emergency situations accurately
  • Follow infection control protocols and safety standards
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of resident information
  • Respond to emergency situations (fire, power outage, natural disasters, etc.)
  • Escort residents as needed (may require driving a company vehicle)
What You Bring:
  • Current LPN license valid in North Carolina
  • Current AHA CPR certification or ability to become certified within 90 days of hire
  • Valid driver's license with good driving record
  • Ability and willingness to respond to community emergencies
  • A compassionate, service-oriented mindset with strong clinical skills
