Job Summary

As a Support Analyst for Werum PAS-X you will play a pivotal role in optimizing manufacturing and supply chain processes. With a hybrid work model you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure application support of PAS-X systems. Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in manufacturing and supply chain processes.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with vendors and external partners to ensure the successful deployment of PAS-X solutions.
Provide insights and recommendations to management on optimizing supply chain strategies using PAS-X data.
Support the hybrid work model by effectively managing remote and in-office tasks.

Qualifications

Possess strong expertise in Werum PAS-X with a proven track record in implementation and support.
Demonstrate deep understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes and their integration with PAS-X.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Have experience in conducting training sessions and creating user-friendly documentation.
Show proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
