JOB OVERVIEW:

As an Eagles Chick for the Colorado Eagles, you will energize the crowd and enhance the game-day experience through high-energy dance performances and crowd engagement. You’ll work closely with the team’s entertainment staff to create an engaging atmosphere during home games and special events.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Performance: Dancing on-ice or on the overlook in choreographed performances and dancing throughout the concourse and crowd
Practice Attendance: Participate in regular to learn dances, workout, and prepare for game night performances
Crowd Engagement: Interact with fans during games to boost energy levels and create a vibrant atmosphere in the arena.
Collaboration: Work with the Eagles’ entertainment team and Eagles Chicks instructors to coordinate performances, including formations and choreography.

Qualifications:

Previous experience dancing for a team in competition or in association with sports is preferred
Proficient dancing ability
Energetic and charismatic personality with excellent crowd interaction skills.
Team-oriented with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Availability for evening and weekend events during the hockey season.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to be on feet for hours at a time.
Good physical stamina to perform for extended periods.

Job Specifications:  

Expected Pay Range: $14.81 per hour
Shift type: Weekdays, Weekends, and Holidays as needed
