JOBDUTIES
Deliverconcessionsitems,kitchenitems,andbaritemstoguests includingutensils,sauces,andnapkinswhileembodying NiceandAmazingServicebyfollowing allInSeatDining procedures.
Workcloselywithexpeditertoensureallfoodisdeliveredsimultaneously,inhighqualityandinatimelyfashion.
Demonstrate Commitment, and Integrity at all times – double check that orders are correct and completeandcommunicatewithkitchen/expediter/supervisorsiftheyarenot.
Guidegueststhroughthemenuandsuggestpromotions,add-ons,orupselling,demonstratingknowledgeofmenuandCinepolisofferingsifguestswouldliketoordermoreitems.
Cleanauditoriumsremovingalldishes,trash,andprovidingmanagerswithanyfounditems.
Beofservicetoyourteammembersandassistthemwhenneededincludingscanningticketsforguests,cleaningandrestroomchecks,andringingupguestsatconcessionsorboxoffice.
Navigateguestcomplaintsandassistwithrequestsordirect themtoproperresourceifunabletoassist.
