As a Shift Manager, you’ll be the go-to leader on the floor-ensuring smooth operations, supporting team members, and delivering the top-tier service our guests expect. You'll lead by example, inspire your crew, and help create a positive and efficient workplace every day.

Position Summary: 

• Lead, motivate, and coach team members to perform at their best
• Keep the restaurant clean, organized, and running efficiently
• Handle cash deposits and maintain accurate inventory records
• Assist with training new team members and ongoing development
• Jump in where needed-whether that’s at the register, the kitchen, or helping a guest

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills-you know how to keep a team motivated and focused
• Dependable and flexible, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• A commitment to providing exceptional guest service every single time

This position operates in a fast-paced restaurant environment and may involve exposure to hot equipment, kitchen hazards, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires frequent standing, bending, lifting, and reaching throughout the shift, including the ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
