Bring the Celebration to Life - One Donut at a Time!

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Cake Decorator to join our Dunkin’ team! In this role, you'll turn icing and imagination into treats that delight our guests. Whether you're decorating specialized Donuts or stocking our display with other sweet creations, you’ll play a key part in making every celebration extra special.

What You’ll Do:

• Take and Fill Orders: Receive custom orders in-store, online, or by phone; prepare for pickup or display

• Decorate Cakes: Use icing, colors, and decopacs to decorate according to brand standards and customer specifications

• Manage Inventory: Monitor and restock items, icing, and decorating supplies; ensure freshness and proper storage

• Prepare Icing and Supplies: Mix and prepare icing and decorations needed for daily and special orders

• Maintain Displays: Keep cake cases, freezers, and displays stocked, clean, and visually appealing

• Provide Guest Service: Interact with guests and team members in a friendly, professional manner

• Follow Safety Standards: Adhere to Dunkin’s food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines at all times

What You Bring:

• A creative eye and steady hand - you enjoy making beautiful, edible art!

• Ability to stand for extended periods and work with your hands

• Previous bakery or cake decorating experience preferred

• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to follow recipes and decoration guides accurately

• Strong customer service and communication skills

This position operates in a fast-paced restaurant environment and may involve exposure to hot equipment, kitchen hazards, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires frequent standing, bending, lifting, and reaching throughout the shift, including the ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
