Role Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate, adaptable, and client-centered Pediatric Testing Psychologist to join our inclusive team. This is a part-time, salaried position that includes opportunities for bonuses. As a Pediatric Testing Psychologist you will provide psychoeducational, ADHD, and psychological evaluations for children and adolescents. This is the high-impact, high-volume heart of the practice, built around a flexible ~2-day-a-week schedule with no nights or weekends.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychoeducational, ADHD/executive-function, and psychological evaluations
  • Select appropriate batteries by referral question and produce clear, family-friendly reports
  • Lead feedback sessions that translate results into real school and home plans
  • Partner with schools, pediatricians, and our internal clinical team on referrals and recommendations
  • Help shape the workflows, templates, and standards of a brand-new service line

Required Qualifications:

  • PhD or PsyD in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology
  • Licensed psychologist in Massachusetts (or license-eligible with a clear path)
  • Experience with cognitive, achievement, and ADHD/behavioral assessment (e.g., WISC, WIAT, and related measures)
  • Comfort with high-quality, efficient report writing
  • A genuine interest in pediatric/educational assessment and family-facing work
