Snow Shovelers, On-Call/Seasonal

Description

Piscataqua Landscaping & Tree Service is seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our snow shoveling team! As a key player in our snow division, you will be performing the critical job of creating safe conditions at large-scale properties ranging from commercial, residential and homeowners associations. Services will be performed in Wolfeboro and the surrounding areas of the New Hampshire Lakes Region.

This is an on-call position with shifts and hours varying based on weather patterns.

Do you have reliable transportation to and from work no matter the hour of day? (required)

Are you willing and able to work 4 - 20 hours at a time shoveling snow in all weather conditions? (required)

Are you 18 years old or older? (required)

What times are you available to shovel snow? (required)

Do you have valid identification documents? (Such as a U.S. passport, permanent resident card, driver’s license or identification card? (required)

*Candidates must be able to pass a physical and drug screen*

This position requires a promptly response to "on-call" requirements before, during, or immediately following winter storms.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation to and from work daily no matter the time day/night or weather
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work outside in cold weather for multiple hours at a time

This is a seasonal opportunity, offering on-call hours. Individuals who prove to be dependable and hardworking may be offered full-time employment in Spring.
