ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Inbound and outbound callers regarding fit and any options for existing orders

• Provide options accordingly to work to save sales and to partner with customers for solutions

• Create / Update cases in salesforce tool -Understand 3D modeling practices and products / options

• Assist with custom receiver placement, venting alterations, wax guard, etc.

• Have a thorough understanding of entire product portfolio and available options based on products as well as business channels
