About the Opportunity
A confidential, high-volume import automotive dealership is seeking an experienced Service Director to lead and grow its service and parts operations. This is a leadership opportunity for a proven automotive professional who understands how to drive profitability while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop the Service Department team
- Drive service sales, gross profit, CSI, and retention
- Monitor department performance, productivity, and expenses
- Partner with dealership leadership to achieve overall business goals
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Service Director, Fixed Operations Director, or Service Manager
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Track record of improving service department performance
- Import dealership experience strongly preferred
Compensation
$150,000–$200,000+ annually, based on experience and performance.
