Physician - Family Medicine with OB - Woodwinds

Fairview is seeking a Family Medicine Physician with Obstetrics to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across the lifespan to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinic – Woodwinds.  This physician will examine, diagnose, and treat patients for acute injuries, infections, and illnesses while managing chronic conditions and supporting preventative health. The role emphasizes collaboration, quality outcomes, and continuity of care. 

Practice Details & Essential Functions: 

• 20 provider primary care practice with more than 17 specialists onsite. 
• Patient encounters average 16-18 patients per day. 
• 31 patient contact hours per week. 
• Call Frequency: 1:8 (OB call only).
• Openings: 0.8 to 1.0 FTE (Full Time) - Flexible schedule. 
• Employer-paid Nabla AI clinical documentation support to reduce administrative burden and streamline charting.
• Fully integrated EPIC electronic medical record

Qualifications: 

• Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency training program. 
• Board Certified/Board Prepared with the American Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association. 
• Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure. 
• Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota. 
• Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges.

The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills,knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Positions withthe same min/max are flat rate jobs based on 40 hours/week. Compensation plans based on production can allow for higher pay than the range posted.
