You’ll be the go-to person for our VIP guests, delivering personalized service, anticipating needs before they’re even spoken, and adding those extra-special touches that turn a great stay into an extraordinary one. From warm welcomes to seamless service, you’ll help create an exclusive experience where every detail matters and every guest feels like a star.

Pay Rate - $16 - $18/Hr.

Key Responsibilities Â
- Deliver warm, attentive, and personalized service to all guests, including VIP welcomes and assistance throughout their stay.
- Provide recommendations, information, directions, and reservations for resort amenities, dining, entertainment, local attractions, transportation, and area services, prioritizing in-house offerings when appropriate.
- Maintain up-to-date resort information, daily event details, lobby reader boards, brochures, maps, and local attraction guides.
- Communicate effectively with fellow associates and resort departments, stay informed on resort activities, and understand emergency procedures to ensure a safe, seamless guest experience.

What We’re Looking For Â
- We do require a high school diploma or equivalent and/or at least one year of progressive experience in a hotel, resort, or customer service-related field.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Computer experience is required.
- Must have extensive knowledge of the area and be able to give directions clearly.
- Must be proficient in Windows software and copy, fax, and telephone equipment.
- A guest service background is preferred.Â
