Payroll Administrator - Automotive

Ciocca Automotive is a growing, family-owned automotive organization committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment. We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our HR team and oversee accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees.
• Review timekeeping, wages, deductions, overtime, bonuses, and payroll adjustments for accuracy.
• Process new hires, terminations, transfers, and pay changes.
• Reconcile payroll and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records.
• Respond to employee and manager payroll questions.
• Support payroll tax requirements, audits, reporting, and compliance.
• Partner with HR on benefits deductions and employee data.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on payroll experience.
• Strong Paylocity payroll experience required.
• Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
• Reynolds & Reynolds or automotive dealership experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll requirements.
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
