BluePearl Pet Hospital in Ellicott City, Maryland is seeking a full-time boarded or residency-trained Veterinary Criticalist to join our collaborative and growing emergency and specialty team.

• Our brand-new 20,000 sq. ft. hospital offers cutting-edge medicine and a supportive, team-based environment.  
• This position provides a robust and diverse caseload with opportunities to perform medical oncology procedures while collaborating closely with Internal Medicine, Critical/Emergency Care, Radiology, and Surgery specialists. 
• Our clinicians benefit from collaboration with Skylos Sports Medicine, one of the East Coast’s leading orthopedic and sports medicine practices, offering strong referral support and multidisciplinary care for complex orthopedic and oncologic patients.

What you need to excel at BluePearl: 

• Board-certified or residency-trained in veterinary emergency & critical care (ECC) required. 
• Current license to practice veterinary medicine in this state. 
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate bedside manner. 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
